Utility Bills is a free tool for Tennessee utility staff. We collect the minimum needed to run the service, we do not sell your data, and we do not run advertising. This page explains what we store and why.
Transactional and digest emails are delivered through Resend, our email provider. They process the message and your email address solely to deliver mail on our behalf. Every non-essential email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honor unsubscribe requests promptly. You can also change or turn off notifications any time in your settings.
We share data only with the vendors that make the service function (for example, our email provider and hosting infrastructure), and only to the extent needed to provide the service. We may disclose information if required by law. Bill and legislative data itself comes from public sources such as LegiScan and the Tennessee General Assembly.
We keep your account data while your account is active. You can request a copy of your data, correct it, or ask us to delete your account and associated personal data by emailing us. Deleting your account removes your profile, preferences, stars, and notes.
